Lucie, a voice and chat agent connected to HubSpot
Lucie answers website visitors by voice or chat in French, Dutch and English, qualifies their request and books meetings. After each conversation she records the contact, the call, a summary and follow-up tasks in HubSpot.

An endpoint for AI assistants

Stéphane has worked on CRM, e-commerce and digital projects since 2000. In 2009 he founded Stratenet, which became Belgium's first HubSpot partner in 2015. He manages Spotiflow Europe and leads its technical projects.

Spotiflow Europe is a company registered in Portugal. We work remotely with companies across Europe.
Do you only work with HubSpot?
HubSpot is our core platform. Our consulting and development work also covers the tools connected to it: ERP, e-commerce, data platforms and AI models.
How is Spotiflow Europe related to Stratenet and Spotiflow (US)?
They are three separate companies with the same founder. Stratenet supports Belgian and French-speaking clients on HubSpot. Spotiflow (US) runs a managed GEO programme for HubSpot Content Hub. Spotiflow Europe handles consulting and engineering.
